Session Timed Out
This may have occurred due to one of the following reasons
- Inactivity for more than 30 minutes
- Attempt to open browser developer tools (security policy)
- Multiple active sessions detected for the same user
- Session cleared due to security cleanup or timeout
- Scheduled maintenance or forced logout by admin
